Philippines Urban Living Solutions, Incorporated ("PULS") is a leading owner, developer and manager of purpose-built young professional housing in the Philippines. In December 2015, PULS announced the placement of convertible notes to a consortium including Templeton Strategic Emerging Markets Fund IV LDC as Lead-investor and BPI Capital Corporation as a Co-investor.
