Firmamız 1963 yılında BACAKSIZLAR MOTOR YENİLEME SAN. ve TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. adıyla Adana bölgesinde kurulan ilk MOTOR YENİLEME atölyelerinden birisidir. Kuruluşundan itibaren benzinli ve dizel motorlar ile kompresörlerin rektifiye ve bu motorlara ait yedek parçaların imalatlarını başarıyla gerçekleştirmiştir. Kısa sürede TÜRK OTOMOTİV SANAYİ ve yaptığı hizmetler neticesinde ülke genelinde aranan firma olmuştur. Sürekli genişleyen müşteri yelpazesinden gelen talepler üzerine, firmamız hizmetlerine tezgâh kapasitesinde arttırarak 1972 yılında bünyesine TALAŞLI İMALAT bölümünü de eklemiştir. Bilgi, beceri, deneyim ve teknolojiyi, MOTOR YENİLEME bölümünde olduğu gibi TALAŞLI İMALAT bölümü bünyesinde de birleştirerek sektörde hizmetlerine devam etmektedir.
