We're Majorel. We design, build and deliver end-to-end CX for many of the world's most respected digital-born and vertical leading brands. We serve customers across the world through our 60,000+ people based in 31 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Americas and Asia in 60 languages. We support the customers at any time, through every device and in the manner they expect of their brands. We speak their language wherever they are and whatever their culture. We do this through consultancy and contact centers via direct customer interaction and the many things that influence the overall customer experience. We opened our office in Yerevan on September, 2019. In Armenia, we provide support to customers from the e-Commerce and other industries. Our team is growing rapidly since then through onboarding motivated and energetic colleagues with bilingual skills. We invest in the development of our talent, this is why more than 85% of middle management are internal promotions. Most of our professional opportunities are entry-level, that is why we provide intensive training for our people to be empowered to excel and develop professionally within our team.
