In 1978, Kathleen Kuper expanded the company to include a service oriented residential real estate brokerage arm specializing in the upscale market. In 1980, Kuper Realty was successful at partnering with Sotheby's International Realty as a Sotheby's affiliate and subsequently became Kuper Sotheby's International Realty. In 2004, Sotheby's entered into a long-term strategic alliance with Realogy Corporation to provide worldwide franchising. Today, Kuper serves as San Antonio's exclusive affiliate for Sotheby's International Realty, renowned all over the world for extraordinary properties, distinguished marketing capabilities, and its global network of offices and affiliates.
