Imperial Homes Corporation (IHC) is the Philippines' first Property Technology (PropTech) Developer and International Finance Corporation's EDGE Champion for Affordable Housing Market. With Connovate's strength of 14,000 PSI (20 times the strength of concrete hollow blocks), IHC's homes provide superior resistance to fire, typhoon, earthquake, and molds. On top of these, Connovate has a material lifespan of more than a 100 years, and mitigates climate change by using 85% less cement.
