At the Wyoming Department of Health, our mission is to promote, protect and enhance the health of all Wyoming citizens. To help serve the healthcare needs of Wyoming residents, we have four divisions: Aging, Behavioral Health, Healthcare Financing and Public Health. We also operate five unique healthcare facilities located in the following Wyoming communities: Evanston, Lander, Thermopolis, Basin and Buffalo.
