​ispace is a global lunar exploration company with a vision to extend human presence to outer space. The company develops robotic lunar landers to deliver customer payloads to lunar orbit and the lunar surface. In addition it designs and manufactures micro rovers to collect data and explore the Moon's surface in search of valuable resources. ispace's first two missions are part of the HAKUTO-R program. It's second mission is expected to launch no earlier than December 2024 aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket.​ ​ ispace has operations in Japan, the United States, and Europe and has agreements with multiple government agencies to deliver scientific equipment and payloads to the Moon. ispace was the managing company for Team HAKUTO, one of the 5 finalists in the Google Lunar XPRIZE Competition.
